Potatoes Au Gratin

3 (15 ounce) cans of canned potatoes, sliced (drained)
1 Tbsp minced, dehydrated onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice (I use 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Toss the 3 cans of potatoes with the spices (1 Tbsp minced dehydrated onion, 1 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper).
- Pour the potato mixture into a 7 x 11 inch casserole dish.
- Pour the 1 cup of heavy cream over the potatoes. Top with the 2 cups shredded cheese (I like to shred my own because I think it melts better but the pre-shredded works as well!)
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. I check it at 30 minutes but usually leave it closer to 40 minutes.
